Speaking to AA Abdessalem said that what should be done was to support legitimate demands of Syrian people.
Currently, it is not possible to make a reform in Syria, said Abdessalem, adding that there was a need to change the existing regime and set up a new one.
He noted that Arab foreign ministers agreed that removal of al-Assad regime was the only way to make a reform in Syria.
Regarding Syria's having chemical weapons, Abdessalem expressed hope that those weapons would not be used.
