A total of 62 people were killed in several cities of Syria on Friday in operations staged by forces loyal to the Syrian regime, among the dead were seven children and four women, activists said.
Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR), a London-based group that tracks civilian and dissident casualties, said that Assad forces killed 21 in the suburbs of capital Damascus, 12 in Idlib, 8 in Dara, 6 in each Aleppo and Hama, 3 in each Deir al-Zor and Latakia, one each in Homs, Suwayda and Hasakah in air and land offensives.
Among the dead were seven children and four women.
Meanwhile, Syrian Revolution General Commission (SRGC) said clashes take place between the Assad regime and the Free Syrian Army in Homs.
SRGC also said Assad forces held artillery attacks in the suburbs of Damascus.
