CAIRO (AA) - September 11, 2012 - The opposition Syrian National Council has reiterated that they would not sit at the dialogue table with President Bashar al-Assad.
George Sabra, member of the Syrian National Council, told AA reporter on Tuesday regarding a meeting that is planned to be held with the UN and Arab League envoy for Syria, Lakhdar Brahimi, that they did not have anything new to tell Brahimi. Sabra said that the SNC conveyed its perspective to Brahimi in their meeting in France two weeks ago.
The SNC considered the incidents in Syria the revolution of people he said, adding that any Syrians would not sit at the dialogue table with Assad.
