DAMASCUS
A Syrian military jet on continues attacks on the city of Raqqa with missiles and bombs.
One of the jet's targets was a gas station and at least 50 people got killed while more than 100 others were wounded when the station was hit.
Many motor vehicles near the gas station were burned due to the attack.
Eyewitnesses on site said that a fire broke out in the region where the gas station was located but no fire crews were dispatched to the site.
The city of Raqqa is in northern Syria and is approximately 36 kilometers far from the Turkish-Syrian border.
