The Syrian General Revolution Commission said on Sunday that Syrian army bombed Duma neighborhood in the capital, Damascus.
Explosions were heard from Duma after the bombardment, the commission said.
The commission said four people were killed and tens of others were wounded.
Moreover, the commission said four other people were killed in a gunshot in Aleppo and Al-Raqqah cities.
An activist from Duma, Muhammed Said, said tanks hit the neighborhood and two people died in the attack.
Duma is a neighborhood where overwhelmingly opponents are living. Syrian army has been staging operations on the neighborhood for a long time.
