A Palestinian official on Friday condemned an Israeli raid on the civil defense headquarters in northern West Bank and the detention of three members.
"We strongly condemn the raid on the headquarters, which provides services to both Palestinian civilians and Israelis," spokesman of the civil defense agency Loai Ouda told Anadolu Agency.
Israeli forces stormed the Palestinian civil defense headquarters in northern West Ban early Friday and arrested three Palestinians.
Reda Tayseer, Nabil Mahmoud and Ahmed Abdullah were detained when Israeli forces raided the civil defense headquarters in the northern Salfit town.
In a statement, the civil defense agency accused Israeli forces of destroying equipments inside the building during the one-hour raid.
Ouda accused Israel of "violating international law and conventions by raiding Palestinian security headquarters", going on to call for the release of the three detained Palestinians.
