JERUSALEM
The Israeli army declared to have bombed a "terror point" in Lebanon in retaliation for 4 rocket attacks from Lebanon into Israeli territory.
Peter Lerner, a spokesperson for the Israeli army, released a written statement claiming that the target which had been bombed was in the region of Na'ameh in southern Lebanon.
Lerner stated that the attack on Thursday was a "clear violation for Israel's dominance," adding that Israel would not tolerate terrorist attacks from Lebanon and the army would continue to protect Israel and the Israeli people.
Lerner did not provide information about the casualties while addressing the attack against the target in Lebanon.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army put the blame for the rocket attack from Lebanon on the Lebanese government.
Three rockets were reportedly launched on Thursday from the region between the Rashidieh refugee camp and Tyre (Sour) city. On the other hand, Israeli security officers said four rockets had been launched into Israeli territory.
