Answering the questions of AA correspondent on the phone, Idris said it was contrary to their faith to use chemical weapons. He added even if Assad's forces would use it against them they would not make attempt to obtain those weapons.
He reminded international law bans the use of chemical weapons even in the wars due to its wide spread effects and reiterated that they would not have, produce or help producing chemical weapons.
He said they pray for the troops under Assad forces join them.
Meanwhile Secretary General of FSA Mohammed Allush told AA correspondent on the phone that they would continue to use simple guns and they had the power to topple the regime using those guns.
Assessing the news claiming FSA had been looking for chemical weapons, Allush said those were "irresponsible words" and chemical weapons were their red line. He added using such weapons were not appropriate from the perspective of their faith.
FSA officials said colonel Abdelhamid Zekeriya was the only authorized official on media relations and Bessam ad-Dada was not authorized to make announcements about FSA.
