SARAJEVO, Bosnia-Herzegovina
Sixty Turkish firms are taking part in an international fair in Sarajevo to boost trade ties between Turkey and Bosnia.
The Turkish Products Fair opened its doors for the sixth time on Thursday, hosting companies from the automotive, construction, engineering and health sectors, among others.
Turkey’s ambassador to Bosnia, Cihad Erginay, told Anadolu Agency that the fair should be considered an opportunity for broader Turkish and Bosnian cooperation.
One of the Turkish companies at this year's fair is the renowned confectioner, Koska.
Koska’s export director, Serar Duzkan, said that the fair was a good opportunity to present products made by Turkish companies, considering similar items are consumed in Bosnia.
The Turkish Product Fair will run until Sunday, May 17.
