Suicide attacks held in Tuz Khormato town of Salahadin province in northern Iraq killed 8 people and injured 50 others.
Hussein Ali Rashid, security chief of Tuz Khormato, said that the assailants targeted the main Mostafa Street where Arabs, Kurds and Turkmens live together and mainly used for Eid visits. Most of the injured people were reported to be in critical condition.
Meanwhile, during the attacks in Baghdad, 15 people were killed and 35 others were injured. According to the security sources, attacks were held with bomb-laden vehicles.
During Eid al-Fitr, the three-day feast that follows the holy fasting month of Ramadan, bomb attacks killed 69 people and injured 229 others in various cities of Iraq.
