According to the Local Coordination Committees of Syria, 1122 children died since the anti-government uprising against the government has begun in March 2011.
Local Coordination Committees of Syria explained that 564 children in Homs, 147 children in Hama, 103 children in Idlib, 103 children in Dera'a, 103 others in Damascus' districts died since the uprising began. Also, 26 children in Damascus, 46 children in Deier ez- Zor, 16 children in Latakia and 14 in Aleppo died.
14,400 Syrian citizens died since the crackdown started.
