World Cup: Group G, H final matches
Belgium vs. England to win group G; In Group H, Japan, Senegal, Colombia all have a chance to qualify

ANKARA
The World Cup's final group matches take place Thursday.
The first matches of the day pit Japan against Poland at Volgograd Arena and Senegal against Colombia at Samara Arena at 5 p.m. local time (1400GMT) in Group H.
Japan and Senegal can advance with draws while Colombia need to win. The latter can draw only if already-eliminated Poland defeat Japan.
In the evening matches, Belgium square off against England at Kaliningrad Stadium at 9 p.m. local time (1800GMT).
Both teams are already qualified but look to top Group G.
Panama and Tunisia, already eliminated, play at Mordovia Arena at 9 p.m. local time (1800GMT).
