Türkiye’s foreign minister meets Ukraine security chief

ISTANBUL

Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan Tuesday met Rustem Umerov, the secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.

The meeting took place in the capital Ankara, and further details of the talks were not immediately available.
