ANKARA
In a message released on Monday to mark the International Day of Human Rights, Cemil Cicek said that human rights were not a favor.
"Human rights are basic rights which a human earns as a person and which begins as of birth," Cicek underlined.
"I join in the celebrations of the 64th anniversary of the International Day of Human Rights by wishing for a world in which human rights are taken under security," Cicek also said.
