JEDDAH
Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu stated that the tyrant regime in Syria came to the end of the road.
Ihsanoglu explained behind the scenes of his meeting with Secretary General of the Arab League, Nabil al-Araby in Jeddah last Thursday. The meeting was placed behind closed doors.
Ihsanoglu stated that the meeting mainly covered the issues of Palestine, Yemen and Syria and said, "Regarding the subject matter, we are closely in touch with the Arab League."
SG of OIC said that Syria was set as the topic of the agenda at the meeting between him and al-Araby. He said, the meeting covered the latest developments in the international community about Syria and the meeting of Friends of Syrian People Group in Marrakech.
Ihsanoglu stressed, "Tyrant regime which uses heavy weapons, attacks with war planes and helicopters against its own people came to the end of the road."
He said that the Syrian people will eventually see their democratic demands will be met.
