"Recent Israeli statements are tantamount to a declaration that our organization is an enemy of Israelis," IHH representative in Gaza, Mehmet Kaya, told Anadolu Agency.
"However, our humanitarian services will never stop even if the Israeli Prime Minister threatens to kill or assault us."
Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said earlier this week that IHH represents a "threat" to Israeli interests.
Speaking to Israel radio, Lieberman described the Turkish humanitarian relief foundation as a source of hatred against the self-proclaimed Jewish state.
Former internal security minister Tzachi Hanegbi has also described the Turkish relief agency as a "major threat" to Israel.
Kaya said IHH has always been the target of criticism from Israeli ministers, adding that Lieberman's statements were not a "surprise".
"Lieberman's statements will not affect our organization's work," Kaya said. "We offer humanitarian aid to the needy and the oppressed everywhere in the world."
He went on to state that his organization has launched a new campaign for helping the Gaza Strip.
"Israel views everything we do in Palestine as dangerous," Kaya said. "Our work aims to boost the morale and financial standards of the Palestinians and this seems to pose a danger to Israel."
IHH has been offering humanitarian services in 120 trouble-stricken countries. It opened a branch in Gaza in 2009 following an Israeli onslaught on the strip.
