ISLAMABAD
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is arriving at Lahore on Monday on a two-day official visit on the invitation of his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif, foreign office said.
Erdogan who will be accompanied by a 97-member top level delegation, will attend Pakistan-Turkey Business Forum meeting at Lahore soon after his arrival where various business and trade agreements between the two countries are likely to be inked.
The Turkish premier will also attend a cultural show later in the day.
His Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif will host a reception in Erdogan's honor in Raiwind, the country's cultural hub some 27 kilometers of Lahore.
Erdogan will proceed to capital Islamabad on Tuesday where he will hold official meetings and talks with Sharif and other government officials.
President Mamnoon Hussain will host a reception in the honor of the Turkish premier and his delegation at the presidential residence.
