ISLAMABAD
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Sunday arrived in Pakistan's capital city, Islamabad, as the formal guest of his Pakistani counterpart Yousaf Raza Gilani.
Erdogan is set to deliver a speech at a joint session of the Pakistani parliament and senate on Monday and on Tuesday he will participate in the second edition of the Turkey-Pakistan High Level Cooperation Council.
Erdogan will also meet with Gilani and the two will appear in a joint press conference.
Turkish minister is accompanied by a large delegation of cabinet members including deputy premier, as well as ministers of economy, environment, energy, and transportation.
Erdogan will proceed to Kazakhstan's capital city, Astana, on Tuesday after wrapping up his talks in Pakistan.
