Speaker of the Turkish Parliament Cemil Cicek received Senegal Prime Minister Abdoul Mbaye in Ankara on Wednesday.
Cicek said Turkey had been making every effort for the development of Africa and prosperity of its people.
He said they would like to strengthen the bilateral relations.
Mbaye said Turkey showed it values Senegal by opening one of the first embassies in Africa in Senegal and added that they especially would like to carry forward the bilateral relations on culture, communication, industry and trade.
Mbaye said they would sign a group of agreements on trade, military and lifting visas for diplomatic passports.
