ANKARA
Turkish General Staff has published the photos of operations carried on in Hakkari and Sirnak provinces.
It has been stated that during operations, three terrorists were killed and terrorists' winter preparations were damaged badly.
During an air operation took place in the south of Sirnak, five terrorists were killed.
On the web-site of Turkish General Staff, more than 20 photos taken at the operations, which took place between October 30 and November 7 in the countryside of Hakkari and Sirnak towns, were published.
"8 day-long operations were carried on at 2.500 metres above sea level at harsh weather and field conditions. 7 commando battalions, 2 special operation battalions, one gendarmery special operation battalion, 2 police special operation teams and village guards participated in the operations," stated Turkish General Staff.
