ALGIERS
Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz was received by Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmakek Sellal in Algiers on Saturday.
Yildiz is on a tour to Algeria, Libya and Qatar.
After the meeting, Yildiz attended a dinner hosted by Algeria's Minister of Energy and Mines Youcef Yousfi.
Yildiz said that they wanted that Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) would also work in Algeria, stating that they could join tenders with Sonatrach,Algeria's state-run energy group.
