ANKARA
Turkish Foreign Ministry condemned the escalating terrorism and violence in recent months in Nigeria.
A written statement from the ministry said Turkey condemned the incidents which killed or injured hundreds of people and aimed to harm the country's political and social stability, while turning into clashes on religious basis.
"We wish to end this violence in the country. We offer our condolences to friendly and brotherly state and people of Nigeria and wish the injured ones a quick recovery" said the statement.
