Terror attack martyrs 6 village guards in SE Turkey
3 village guards, 4 soldiers also injured

A terror attack in Turkey's southeastern Siirt province martyred six village guards early Friday.
According to information gathered from security sources who cannot be named due to restrictions on talking to media, PKK terrorists attacked village guards and soldiers who were providing security for road maintenance work in the village of Ormandi.
The attack also injured three village guards and four soldiers. All have been taken to a state hospital.
Later on Friday, security forces killed five terrorists in an operation, Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu said during his visit to Siirt.
In a separate operation in Turkey's Diyarbakir province, three terrorists were killed.
