President of Benin Thomas Boni Yayi who is in Turkey came together with Turkish Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek in Turkish capital Ankara on Wednesday.
Cicek expressed, he was particularly interested in the African continent and Turkey was putting its Africa politics into practice.
After their tete-a-tete meeting, delegations of Yayi and Cicek came together.
Cicek stated, they would be very happy to see Benin once again at the second Turkey-Africa Cooperation Summit and said, "There will be something missing without your attendance."
Cicek referred to the visits between two countries and added, these visits were having importance on the bilateral relations of both countries.
Cicek noted, there has not been a reciprocal visit between the parliaments of Turkey and Benin yet, he stressed that this has to be dissolved as soon as possible.
Furthermore, President of Benin Yayi reminded, a few months ago, he visited Turkey in the capacity of President of Africa Union and added, he talked with Cicek about the cooperation between Turkey and Africa.
Yayi noted, they would attend the second summit and mentioned, the new Africa was exceptionally good at present.
