One police officer was killed Saturday in simultaneous attacks by PKK terrorists on several targets in the southeastern province of Sirnak, said a statement from the governor's office.
The police officer was killed while he stood guard at the Sirnak goverment building, the statement said.
The statement also added that eight PKK terrorists were killed in a separate security operation in Sirnak's Beytussebap town.
