Blast hits Kirkuk-Yumurtalik Oil Pipeline

ANKARA

Oil transfer from the Kirkuk-Yumurtalik Pipeline stopped due to the explosion in pipeline in Mosul in Iraq.

An Iraqi petroleum company reported a blast came out in Mosul section of Kirkuk Yumurtalik pipeline. The security forces reportedly found two bodies around the explosion area who are thought to be those who realized the explosion.

It was reported that due to the explosion and fire on pipeline the oil transfer stooped and the repairing of the pipeline will likely take a day.
