An Anadolu Agency (AA) team of reporters shot a video and took photographs of the moment of the downing of a Syrian helicopter by the Free Syrian Army (FSA).
The helicopter was downed by thermal missiles.
Speaking to the AA, an official with the FSA, Kamil al-Idlibi said that they had tools such as thermal missiles and anti-aircraft guns and such weapons were threats to Syrian helicopters and war jets.
The balance of power in the region has changed, al-Idlibi underlined.
Syrian war jets avoid to fly at lower altitudes due to the thermal missiles and anti-aircraft guns, al-Idlibi noted.
The changing balance of power which came into being after Syrian war jets were taken out of clash areas will make contributions to ending the war, al-Idlibi also said.
