3,600 liters of bootleg alcohol seized in Turkey
1 suspect arrested in operation in southern Adana province
ADANA, Turkey
A total of 3,600 liters (over 951 gallons) of counterfeit alcohol were seized in southern Turkey on Wednesday, according to a security source.
Local police in Adana province raided a house in Seyhan district after they learned that bootleg alcohol was produced there, said a security source on condition of anonymity.
One suspect was arrested in the operation.
