Testimonies by PKK terrorists, who have been captured by Turkish security forces or escaped from the terrorist organization, have revealed that female members of the terror group are subjected to constant sexual abuse and rape, forcing them to even commit suicide.

According to information Anadolu Agency obtained from security sources, the testimonies also revealed those who are caught trying to escape from the terrorist group are executed.

A male terrorist, who guarded Murat Karayilan -- a ringleader of the PKK terror group, said in his testimony that a female terrorist committed suicide by hand grenade after being raped by Karayilan.

Another female terrorist said she was raped on the second night of her arrival at Mt. Qandil in Iraq, where PKK keeps its main terror bases.

"I reported the incident to the one in-charge in the morning. He took me to his shelter to hear me about the incident, but then he too raped me," the female terrorist has told her interrogators.

A terrorist, only identified with the initials C.K., said terrorist members in commanding positions get away with sexual abuses and rape within the terrorist group.

A female terrorist, code-named Zilan Dicle, told in her testimony about one of the female terrorists: "Last year, I heard about a female friend who committed suicide by hand grenade in Bole camp. Soon I learned that it was Zeynep, code-named Beritan Hilal, and that she committed suicide after multiple rapes."

Sexual abuse and rape are nothing new to the PKK terrorist organization which began its terror campaign in 1984.

A female terrorist, code-named Rojin, from Mardin was sent in 1995 to Abdullah Ocalan -- the jailed leader of PKK -- and she was raped by senior PKK member H.A. After her 6-month pregnancy was revealed, she was thrown to die in Tigris River in eastern Turkey.

Another female terrorist, only identified with the initials B.A., said terrorist S.C. was raped and was later executed in 1994 after it was found out that she was pregnant.

The PKK, which is listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S. and the EU, waged a terror campaign against Turkey for more than 30 years and has been responsible for the death of nearly 40,000 people.
