TOFAS beats Galatasaray to extend unbeaten streak

ANKARA

TOFAS defeated Galatasaray 97-90 during the national basketball super league in Turkey's northwestern Bursa City, to extend their unbeaten streak to nine games.

League leaders were behind by one point at the half, 53-52, but a 27-12 third quarter helped TOFAS to eventually take control of the match.

TOFAS' guard Pierria Henry finished the match with a "triple-double" with 14 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists, while Raymar Morgan scored a game-high 24 points.

For Galatasaray, Dwight Hardy's 21 points were not enough, as the team took their fifth loss of the season.
