Kobe Bryant injured again, out for six weeks
Lakers shooting guard suffers a fracture after hyperextending his left knee during the game in Memphis.

LA Lakers star Kobe Bryant is expected to be out for nearly six weeks after an MRI revealed a fracture of the lateral tibial plateau in his left knee, nba.com says.
Kobe Bryant, nicknamed the "Black Mamba," suffered the knee injury after hyperextending it during the match against the Memphis Grizzlies in the FedEx Forum on Tuesday. He was replaced with a substitute a minute later but was able to complete the game, securing a 96-92 win for his team.
Bryant had torn his achilles tendon in April during a regular season game and came back during the 20th game of the 2013-2014 season.
Kobe played 240 out of a possible 252 regular-season and playoff games in the previous three seasons. He averaged 13.8 points, 4.3 rebounds and 6.3 assists in the six games he played this season.
