Galatasaray president has successful stomach surgery
Mustafa Cengiz in good health, treatment will continue, football club say

ANKARA
Turkish football club Galatasaray's chairman Mustafa Cengiz underwent a successful stomach surgery on Monday, it was announced.
"The stomach surgery of our chairman, Mustafa Cengiz, which was previously planned as part of the treatment process, was successfully carried out by Dr. Dursun Bugra," the club said in a statement.
Wishing him good health, the club added that Cengiz was doing well, and that his treatment will continue.
The 70-year-old businessman was discharged from hospital last week after recuperating from brain surgery.
