ANKARA
Arsenal are looking for a win against Liverpool on Saturday in order to move up to 2nd place in the English Premier League standings.
With 60 points, Arsenal are in 3rd place, only one point behind Manchester City, who are in 2nd place.
Arsenal's forwards Danny Welbeck and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will miss the game at Emirates Stadium after suffering injuries.
Meanwhile, Liverpool's English veteran midfielder Steven Gerrard and Slovakian center-back Martin Skrtel are suspended.
Spanish left-back Jose Enrique and English midfielder Adam Lallana will most likely be sidelined because of injuries.
The Gunners will host Liverpool, currently in 5th place, at home, with kick-off slated for 1245 GMT.
On the same day, Chelsea will take on Stoke City at Stamford Bridge. The Blues' Spanish striker Diego Costa is suffering from a thigh injury and will likely miss the match that begins at 1730 GMT.
Chelsea are leading the league with 67 points.
