"Sooner or later the will of the Syrian people will prevail and Bashar will not be able to resist anymore," Erdogan told reporters in a joint press conference with his Bulgarian and Qatari counterparts in Varna, Bulgaria.
Erdogan Syrian question was the most crucial issue in the region, adding that Turkey, Bulgaria and Qatar shared similar views on the Syrian problem.
Bulgarian Prime Minister Boiko Borisov, on his part, said in addition to the Syrian problem, Friday's meeting also took up joint infrastructure projects, cooperation in agricultural and regional development.
Borisov said they also discussed a planned highway between Varna, Burgaz and Istanbul as well as natural gas transportation from Turkey and the South Stream Project.
Qatari Prime Minister Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani said the patience shown on the Syrian issue had it limits, accusing the Syrian leadership of hypocrisy.
"It is not right talking to Annan while killing civilians. Syria should comply to the Annan plan and stop bloodshed," Al Thani said.
