Seventy-seven deputies from the Jordan Parliament have said they were against a possible military intervention in Syria.
In a plenary session held particularly regarding Syria, 77 out of the 150 deputies presented a motion to the government against a military intervention in Syria.
Those lawmakers called for a special session to discuss the impacts on Jordan of a possible military intevention in Syria.
The motion signed by the deputies is not binding according to Jordanian legislation.
