ISTANBUL
Moaz Al-Khatib, head of National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces (SMDK), on Monday stated that Syrians have agreed to negotiate with the government to stop the bloodshed.
"We agree to confer with the authorities to stop the bloodshed, destruction and burning down of Syria" was told in a written statement released from the office of Moaz Al-Khatib.
Khatib also stated that he concentrated on negotiating at the Munich Security Conference he attended.
The Syrian government should free 160 thousand prisoners and provide convenience in some issues to be explained later on as an indication of its good will according to the statement.
