RAMALLAH
Israeli troops used real ammunition and tear gas in an effort to disperse a group of Palestinians trying to perform Friday's prayers in front of the Ofer prison in Ramallah.
The Palestinian group wanted to show support to Palestinian prisoners.
In clashes between the Palestinian group and Israeli troops, around 200 Palestinians were injured. Two of the Palestinians are in serious condition.
Eight Israeli troops also got injured in the clashes.
