Blasts killed nine people and injured 65 in the Iraqi provinces of Kirkuk and Saladin.
Two car bombs were exploded at 6 a.m. five minutes apart in the Tuz Khurmatu town of Saladin, according to sources.
Three people died and 38 were injured, according to initial reports.
Meanwhile, two other bombs also exploded at 6 a.m. which were placed near a butcher in the Mam Dude neighborhood of Kirkuk.
Six people were killed and 27 others injured, according to initial findings.
The injured are being treated at the hospitals in Kirkuk.
