IRBIL
Masoud Barzani, leader of regional administration in northern Iraq, has said that they did not want any blood spill.
Visiting pesgmerga forces, Barzani said, "we want neither our children's nor our brothers' blood to be spilled. But you should get ready for war in order not to have war."
Barzani addressed the forces in the north of Kirkuk and said Iraqi Premier Nuri al-Maliki breached the constitution by appointing troop leaders without the approval of the parliament.
He said they did not afraid from war but did not want bloodshed either. He said if a war erupted, it would not be because of peshmergas but they would do anything to protect their land.
