RAMALLAH, Palestine
Clashes erupted between Palestinian students and Israeli forces on Tuesday in the central West Bank, Anadolu Agency correspondent reported.
The violence emerged after students from Birzeit University near Ramallah staged a march to protest the killing of four Palestinians by Israeli forces on Monday.
The killings happened when Israeli forces stormed a refugee camp in Jenin in the northern West Bank.
Israeli soldiers used live bullets and tear gas canisters to disperse the students, who responded by hurling stones at Israeli forces and setting tires on fire, according to witnesses.
