YPG/PKK terrorists raided and seized two schools to turn into military bases in the town of Tal Abyad in Syria’s northern province of Raqqa, on Tuesday.

According to Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR), YPG/PKK terrorists raided two schools in Tal Abyad and turned them into military headquarters to nest in amid a fresh Turkish military operation.

"Syrian Democratic Forces seized control over Zainab Bent al Hussein School and Tal Abyad al Sharqi School in Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, and turned them into military headquarters, to use on October 8, 2019," the organization said in an online statement.

The terror group declared a three-day "mobilization" on Wednesday after stepping up efforts to bolster its ranks two weeks ago and has forced at least 130 young people to take up arms in Tal Abyad, Raqqa, Ras al-Ayn, Manbij and surrounding towns on only the first day of mobilizing.

In its more than 30-year terror campaign against Turkey, the PKK -- listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S. and the European Union -- has been responsible for the deaths of some 40,000 people, including women, children and infants. The YPG is the Syrian branch of the terrorist PKK.
