Hasan Turan reelected head of Iraqi Turkmen Front
12 members of group’s political bureau elected

BAGHDAD
Hasan Turan was reelected as head of the Iraqi Turkmen Front (ITF) on Monday.
The ITF said in a statement that 12 members of its political bureau were also elected during the party’s 2nd annual conference.
The ITF holds eight out of 329 seats in the Iraqi parliament.
Turan was first elected as ITF leader in March 2021, replacing Arshad al-Salihi.
