Explosion at fireworks factory kills 6 in Pakistan
At least 12 people killed in road accident in Karak area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province

ISLAMABAD
At least six people were killed and seven others injured when a building collapsed due to an explosion in a firework warehouse in northeastern Punjab province on Saturday, according to police.
So far, six people, including one man and five women, were confirmed dead as their dead bodies have been recovered from the debris, Mandi Bahauddin police spokesperson Ajmal Waheed told Anadolu over the phone.
All injured have been taken to a local hospital.
Police said the investigation is underway as the explosion was caused by a short circuit.
Meanwhile, at least 12 people were killed and 20 others injured when a trailer truck rammed into a passenger coach and other vehicles on the Indus Highway in Karak district of northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
All the injured were taken to a local hospital as some of them were in critical condition, according to Rescue 1122, an emergency service that serves almost all regions of Pakistan.
