Launched as Türkiye's first dedicated environmental news desk, Anadolu’s Greenline is now expanding its reach to international audiences with news in English.
Using Greenline, a translation of the original Turkish name Yesilhat, the new website will cover climate and environmental issues both in Türkiye and globally.
Greenline will cover key issues including climate change, agriculture, the green economy, and zero waste. It will also feature a "Green Glossary" section to brief readers on fundamental concepts in the environment and agriculture.
Years of experience with Yeşilhat now go global with Greenline.

With environmental and climate issues rising on the world agenda, we are expanding our environment and agriculture journalism to international audiences. https://t.co/Mc5uDAMbVC
Serdar Karagoz, Anadolu's president and CEO, said that while Yesilhat has filled a critical void in the Turkish media with its groundbreaking environmental reporting, these efforts will now be accessible to the entire world.
Stressing that raising awareness of the climate crisis is a core objective of Anadolu, he added: "Communicating the impact of the climate crisis on the environment, agriculture, and the economy is vital to achieving our awareness goals. The wider our reach, the closer we get to this objective.
“Our strategy in climate journalism has led us to the Greenline project. Through this project, we will be able to bring developments from Türkiye's agenda to the global stage."
