Sweden's newly appointed Health Minister Elisabet Lann collapsed during her first press conference in Stockholm on Tuesday, footage showed.
The fall occurred as the government was presenting Lann as the new health minister, following the unexpected resignation of former minister Acko Ankarberg Johansson from both her ministerial post and duties in the parliament.

Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson and Energy and Industry Minister Ebba Busch were also present at the news conference. Following the collapse, Busch was seen assisting Lann, who was later able to stand and address the media.
"This wasn't really a normal Tuesday, and this is what can happen when you have low blood sugar," Lann told reporters, according to Swedish daily Aftonbladet.
