Shipwreck kills 3 migrants off Greek's Symi island
Search operation underway to locate possibly missing persons, says local media

ATHENS
A shipwreck killed at least three migrants off the Greek island of Symi, local media reported on Monday morning.
Eight people were rescued by the Greek Coast Guard teams, said the public broadcaster ERT, adding that the boat was carrying 11 migrants in total, according to the testimonies of the rescued people.
A search operation, however, is underway to locate possibly missing persons, it added.
