The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 47.1% to around 4.12 million Turkish liras on Wednesday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Thursday.
Total trade on Tuesday amounted to about 2.8 million liras.
On Wednesday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 14,670.09 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 281,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 212.64 million cubic meters on Wednesday.
US$1 equals 43.88 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Thursday.
