The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 151.3% to around 7.33 million Turkish liras on Tuesday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Wednesday.
Total trade on Monday amounted to about 2.91 million liras.
On Tuesday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 15,004.48 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 489,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 214.64 million cubic meters on Tuesday.
US$1 equals 44.47 liras at 2.25 p.m. local time (1125 GMT) on Wednesday.
