The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 5.21% to around 4.6 million Turkish liras on Saturday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Saturday.
Total trade on Friday amounted to about 4.4 million liras.
On Saturday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 14,408.08 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 320,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 152.7 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Saturday.
US$1 equals 42.21 liras at 2.19 p.m. local time (1119 GMT) on Sunday.
