The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market decreased by 17.7% to around 9.3 million liras on Friday, according to data from Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) released on Saturday.
Total trade on Thursday amounted to about 7.9 million liras.
On Friday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 14,484.42 Turkish liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 647,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 269.16 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Friday.
US$1 equals 42.78 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Saturday.
